Educational Qualifications

  • Vice President & Head (Contact Centre Transformation): Graduation degree in Engineering / IT or Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
  • Senior Special Executive-Program Manager Contact Centre: Graduation degree in Engineering /
    IT or Computer Science from a recognized University, Computer science / IT graduates / post-graduation in IT-related fields will be preferred or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
  • Senior Special Executive-Customer experience, Training & Scripts Manager (Inbound & Outbound): Graduate, Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
  • Senior Special Executive Command Centre Manager: Graduate, Postgraduate in Quality Management /Analytics/ Data Sciences will be preferred.
  • Senior Special Executive- Dialler Operations (Outbound): Computer science / IT graduates / post-graduation in IT-related fields will be preferred.

Age Limit

  • Candidates’ age limit should be Minimum 35 years and Maximum 50 years.
