GPSSB MPHW Syllabus 2022: Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board (GPSSB) has released the syllabus for the Multi-Purpose Health Worker (MPHW). GPSSB will select the candidates in a two-stage selection procedure. Candidates must qualify for the written test in order to get the candidates finally appear in an interview.
About Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board: The Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board is established under section 235 of the Gujarat Panchayat Act, 1993. The Board consists of five members including the Chairman.
The duty of the Board is to select candidates for recruitment to Class III posts in the Panchayat Service and to advise the Panchayats in such matters as prescribed by the rules.
The Board also conducts Departmental Examination of Panchayat Service Class III and Hindi/Gujarati Languages Examination.
The Board also advises panchayats for disciplinary action against panchayat service class III employees as per District Panchayat proposals in case of:
- Reduction in Rank
- Compulsory Retirement
- Removal from Service
- Dismissal from Service
- Reduction in Pension.
GPSSB MPHW Exam Pattern
- The questions will be of MCQ (Objective Type).
- There shall be negative markings for every wrong answer given by the candidate.
- 0.33 marks shall be deducted for the incorrect answer.
- 0.33 marks shall be reduced for more than one answer marked by the candidate.
- Every answer will have an option E for not attempted questions.
- Duration is 1 hour.
